If you have received damaged product, we can replace this with the same product. Goods can only be replaced if you provide us with proof of defect / damage and if it is returned to us unused and intact.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and relevant proof.

It is the customer’s responsibility to send us the damaged product in unused condition.
